It begins with participants understanding transformational outcomes and a structured process (the Visually Applied Actions Model) to achieve that in real life. These learnings are brought to bear in the gameplay which is demanding and complex. Structured in three layers of increasing complexity, the game requires participants to continuously rework their strategy and implementation to achieve game objectives. Behaviours & outcomes are continuously observed, and instant feedback given through a facilitator observation mechanism. Participants understand the direct connect between application of competencies and their outcomes. The structured strategy and reflection sessions after each level of the game are designed to provide feedback and continuous improvement.
