Learn 22 competencies as you play an Intense Game of Strategy & Teamwork
The program begins with participants discovering the VMB™ with explanatory videos that introduces each competency and the related behaviours. These are reinforced by activities, self-assessments, and ratings. During the gameplay, the interactions between the participants happen as it would in real life and where the behaviours must be displayed to progress in the game through earning virtues and superpowers. These behaviours are continuously observed, and instant feedback given through a facilitator and peer to peer observation mechanism creating a rich and continuous competency building framework. The game enables intertwining of these behaviours to come into play and help the participants to innately realize how they could be used. Reflection sessions combined with storytelling lead to translation of learning into real life.
