I am bankrupt in my vocabulary to find the apt words about the Illumined program. For me with over 35 + years of soft skill training this was truly a “journey of a Lifetime” From face to face to go into gaming mode was very thrilling experience and immersed self and my team The facilitator made sure that every day, every one knew exactly what is desired to be done to reach the goal and finish the mission. The takeaway was learning about strategy, structured thinking etc. in a classroom Environment v/s playing on Tantalum platform. Virtual game with real players and interactions was quite enthralling. Congrats to the stake holders and those who were involved in designing this program. Let me echo again “Very well-designed program!” I can at this age of Seventy-Three give currency to this quote “every day is a learning processes” refereeing to the mission to save the World this was “really OUT of THE World experience and I did learn heap of things, I strongly recommend this. 1st day started with questions 5th day wow this is really fun and challenging 10 why it ended so soon? This was the pattern of the learning experience I got.
