Our USP’s are our path breaking & industry defining concepts such as Soft Skills Quotient (SSQ), Visually Measurable Behaviours (VMB), Visually Applied Actions (VAA) to inculcate soft skills in a measurable way. Our target audience spans Enterprises, Higher educational institutions & schools.

An international skills development specialist, Mithun has been instrumental in starting and building organizations in 25 countries operating in North America, Asia, Africa, Middle East and Latin America. In 2017, he was awarded the "Qadat Al Tagheer Award for Excellence in Skills Development Globally" by the UAE – India business council. Mithun has participated as a speaker in various international forums and has been on several advisory boards. His articles have been published internationally. He has pioneered award winning programs that blend technology with life & work skills to deliver transformational social impact. His passion for teaching contemporary skills combined with engaging teaching methods led him to set up Tantalum Academy.


A lover of art, music and reading. Mithun enjoys sports, dancing, video games & trekking. Always with a smile, he believes optimism is the only way to live!

A marketing & CRM specialist, Sandhya has worked in diverse industries ranging from high end real estate, luxury kitchens, luxury yachts to automotive. Her experience includes running strategic projects such as end to end rebranding exercise for a diversified conglomerate, demerger & change management of a group portfolio and to be a key part of new product launches. A lateral thinker with an eye for perfection, an avid reader of all things there are, lover of recreational scuba diving and a passionate believer that to learn is to grow. She graduated from Bangalore university with a distinction in Economics and Psychology and has a post graduate diploma in Online Communication from Sheffield Hallam University, UK.

Born and brought up in Manchester, UK, and now based in London, Ramona is a solicitor and the founder of Moor Strategy, a multi-family advisory firm which looks after the needs of a number of low profile, Ultra-High-Net-Worth international families.Prior to founding Moor Strategy, Ramona was a Partner in and Head of Department at Mishcon de Reya, an international law firm. Ramona remains a consultant to the firm and she has over 20 years in private practice. Ramona’s expertise is in strategic guidance, business management and dispute resolution. Ramona has extensive experience advising multi-jurisdictional companies on managing their stakeholders, both internal and external. We are delighted that she will be able to bring her wealth of knowledge to the Board and to assist us in growing our international network.

Folabi Oseni is the Managing Director/ CEO of NetConstruct Nigeria Limited. He has a background in Economics from London Guildhall University, United Kingdom and possesses an unrelenting penchant for innovation in the real estate industry.


He is the visionary behind the establishment of NetConstruct Group, which cuts across Real Estate, Facilities Management & Nitrogen Gas Production. Apart from his work with the Group, he has led NetConstruct Nig. Ltd (Real Estate Development) as a pioneer in changing the parlance of Estate Development in Abuja for the last 15 years and has been instrumental in establishing and promoting NetConstruct Nigeria Limited as a top-notch Company.


Folabi Oseni has succeeded in pioneering the firm’s growth from a fledging Enterprise into one of the most respected, efficient, vibrant and innovative real estate firms in Nigeria and continues to pursue his vision to provide Affordable Housing for the largely underserved middle-low income sector of the economy.

Mr. C.N.Radhakrishnan (R.K) has over 44 years of varied experience in the corporate sector, working in a variety of organizations across India, China, Europe and the U.A.E.


He has spent 21 years(1998-2019) with the Varkey Group which owns GEMS Education and has made significant contributions in the education sector. He was one of the senior board members of the Varkey Group for 9 years.


In 2019, R.K. co-founded “Storiyoh'' which is a digital media start-up company for non-music audio podcasts. In July 2020, he joined the Dubai based Athena Education as a consultant and until Oct 2021, supported them to help them restructure the business from a legal, financial, managerial and corporate governance perspective.


R.K. is a versatile and passionate business leader who has proven his success in every endeavor he has undertaken.
