Mithun Kamath
FOUNDER
Mithun is an international skills development specialist with experience building organizations across 25 countries in North America, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America.
Recipient of the prestigious “Qadat Al Tagheer Award for Excellence in Skills Development Globally” in 2017, he has spoken at global forums, served on advisory boards, and published internationally. Known for pioneering award-winning programs that blend technology with life and work skills for social impact, his passion for innovative teaching inspired the founding of Tantalum Academy.
Sandhya Raghunath
CO-FOUNDER
Sandhya is a marketing and CRM specialist with experience across industries including high-end real estate, luxury yachts, and automotive. She has led strategic initiatives such as rebranding for a diversified conglomerate, managing group demergers, and supporting new product launches. A lateral thinker with a keen eye for perfection,
She is an avid reader, recreational scuba diver, and passionate advocate of lifelong learning. Sandhya holds a distinction in Economics and Psychology from Bangalore University and a postgraduate diploma in Online Communication from Sheffield Hallam University, UK.
Joy Seppala
BOARD MEMBER
Joy Seppala founded SISU Capital in 1998 and now manages it as a Family Office. She has expertise in Private Equity, M&A, and Corporate Restructuring, previously leading the Special Situations Investment Group at Paribas and working at Drexel Burnham Lambert and Kidder Peabody.
She holds an MBA from Wharton and a BA from Rutgers. A former Wharton EMEA board member, she received the 2019 Alumni Award for Distinguished Service. She also served on the U.K. Takeover Panel (2009–2015).
Currently, she is on the Governing Board of The Federation of Westminster Special Schools and serves on multiple start-up boards.
Ramona Mehta
Board Member
Ramona is a solicitor and the founder of Moor Strategy, a multi-family advisory firm which looks after the needs of a number of low profile, Ultra-High-Net-Worth international families. Prior to founding Moor Strategy, Ramona was a Partner in and Head of Department at Mishcon de Reya, an international law firm. Ramona remains a consultant to the firm and she has over 20 years in private practice. Ramona’s expertise is in strategic guidance, business management and dispute resolution.
Ramona has extensive experience advising multi-jurisdictional companies on managing their stakeholders, both internal and external. We are delighted that she will be able to bring her wealth of knowledge to the Board and to assist us in growing our international network.
Bhaskar Pai
CHIEF CUSTOMER OFFICER
Bhaskar is former Sales Director & CEO of GE Lighting & Appliances South Asia. He is a seasoned strategy expert and BELBIN Team Roles certified professional. An MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management Research, he has trained Fortune-500 companies in strategy, sales, marketing, and customer experience.
In 2016, he co-founded Gidi Mobile Inc., a mobile personal advancement platform, which was part of Google Launchpad and received a $1 million Google grant in 2018. He exited the company in 2022 to focus on empowering Indian youth by connecting them to opportunities.
